Property Maintenance
 

We strive to offer our tenants high quality rentals in great communities. We take pride in our long-lasting resident relationships and we work with our tenants to ensure they love where they live, every day. In 2022 we integrated Crei Services (Fka De Wit Building Contractors) providing high quality maintenance to our real-estate. Nowadays they also function as general contractor for our new developments we invest in.
Property Management

We advice, set rent levels, process invoices and collect rents. Provide the promotion and marketing of rental apartments and check new tenants and their incomes.
​We check current tenants and carry out target group analyses. We monitor the sustainable multi-year maintenance plan and budgets, order daily and scheduled maintenance and provide advice on constructional changes. With regular points of contact for tenants, including the Customer Contact Centre.
