Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by CREI Management Holding B.V., by using the website and portals of CREI Management Holding B.V., you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Use Policy without limitation or qualification. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using CREI Management Holding B.V.'s website or portals. If you do not agree with the Terms and Conditions of Use Policy, you are not granted permission to use CREI Management Holding B.V.'s website and portals.

 

All references in this Terms and Conditions of Use Policy to “we,” “us,” or “our” shall refer to CREI Management Holding B.V. and its subsidiaries. All references in this Terms and Conditions of Use Policy to “you” or “your” shall refer to the users of CREI Management Holding B.V.’s website and portals.

D1. CREI Management Holding B.V. (or its affiliates, subsidiaries or divisions) committed to preserving the confidentiality of all individually identifiable and proprietary information about our clients, potential clients, and employment candidates. By visiting or submitting data through this “Website” you are accepting and consenting to the provisions set forth in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you are instructed not to use this “Website”.

This Privacy Policy covers only data collected through the “Website” ("Data") and not any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation, data collection practices of other webpages to which we link or data that we or our affiliates collect offline or through web pages that do not display a direct link to this Privacy Policy.

User-provided Data may include client login data, contact information, information related to the business you represent, information related to the financial information services you have requested, or information provided while seeking employment at CREI Management Holding B.V., (or its affiliates, subsidiaries or divisions) including but not limited to your resume or other personal information. In each such instance, you will know what data we collect through the “Website”, because you actively submit it to us.

 

D5. Combinations

 

Unless you also actively submit personal information, such as your name or address, passively tracked Data does not typically allow us to identify you personally. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right to combine passively tracked Data with personal Data that you actively submit.

 

D6. Accessing and updating your personal information

 

A. Whenever you use our services, we aim to provide you with access to your personal information. If that information is wrong, we strive to give you ways to update it quickly or to delete it – unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes.

We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes). We will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.

 

D9. Opt-Out

 

In connection with promotions or other projects, we may ask you specifically whether you have objections against a certain kind of Data use or sharing. If you opt-out under such circumstances, we will respect your decision.

However, with respect to our internal security procedures, CREI Management Holding B.V. takes reasonable steps to maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in order to protect your personal Data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

CREI Management Holding B.V. also requires third party companies that we hire and to whom we disclose data to keep such information confidential and to use it only to perform the services for which we hire them and only under our instructions. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of the “Website” conducted via your password and User ID at our main website www.crei.management

 

B. We work hard to protect CREI Management Holding B.V. and our clients from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular:

C. We may share or transfer your Data in connection with a prospective or actual sale, merger, transfer or other reorganization of all or parts of our business. Also, we reserve the right to fully use and disclose any Data collected via the “Website” that is not in personally identifiable form.

 

B13. Access

 

If personal Data you have submitted through the “Website” is no longer accurate, current, or complete, and you wish to update it, please send an e-mail to accounts ‘at’ crew.management.

 

Upon appropriate request we will usually be glad to update or amend your information, but we reserve the right to use Data previously obtained to verify your identity or take other actions that we believe are appropriate.

 

D14. Compliance and cooperation with regulatory authorities

 

We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our clients directly.
